Natalie’s love for British Columbia began with childhood summers spent in Kamloops, where beach days at Shuswap Lake and mountain adventures created lasting memories. Those early experiences sparked her deep connection to the region’s lifestyle, shaping her path long before she made it her permanent home.
Her ambition showed up early—starting with her first day at Mrs. Rice’s preschool in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, where she proudly carried a briefcase, perhaps hinting at the determined careers that lied ahead. Years later, she became the first in her family to earn a university degree, graduating from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and trading big-city life for the beauty of British Columbia.
Natalie launched her career in commercial real estate with Cadillac Fairview, later working with Oxford Properties Group and Primaris Retail REIT. It was a pivotal chapter that provided a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation, and client service, earning her several awards and recognition, including being nominated by her peers into the Leaders Circle.
In 2009, Natalie met her future husband, Kelly Benedet of Benedet Homes. Together, they collaborated on designing and building custom homes in the Okanagan, blending her eye for design with Kelly’s expertise in construction. This experience expanded her understanding of residential development and added another layer to her real estate skill set.
In 2011, Natalie decided to apply her marketing skills to philanthropy, serving first on the Board of Directors for the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation and then becoming part of the fundraising team During her tenure, she helped raise $12 million to advance surgical services and establish the region’s first open-heart surgical program—a career milestone that exemplified her passion for community impact.
By 2019, Natalie found the perfect way to merge her experience in marketing, residential development, and client service by becoming a real estate advisor with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. She quickly adapted to the evolving needs of buyers and sellers, navigating the market with creativity, insight, and, of course, her signature briefcase - now far more fashionable.
Today, Natalie combines her diverse expertise with a thoughtful, client-first approach, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with care and confidence.
This unique experience shaped Natalie’s ability to truly listen and understand her clients’ needs, a skill she seamlessly integrates into her real estate practice. As a founding member of the Benedet & Ross, Natalie is known for her empathetic approach and her ability to pair her clients with homes that perfectly align with their lifestyles and aspirations.

Born and raised in Squamish, British Columbia, Scott Ross grew up in a close-knit, hardworking family, where the values of determination and resourcefulness were instilled early on. Summers spent on his grandparents’ farm in Prince Edward Island taught Scott the rewards of dedication and patience - most notably when he trained a pony named Sassy Suzy to win reserve grand champion at the Dundas Fair.
Scott’s commitment to excellence carried into his athletic pursuits. From 1991 to 2004, he competed at the professional level in cross-country mountain biking, racing in prestigious National Off-Road Bicycle Association (NORBA) and World Cup events across California and Colorado. His experience as an elite athlete shaped his approach to life and work: success requires mental strength first, physical strength second, and an unwavering focus on the goal ahead.
In 1995, Scott married Heather, his partner for over 30 years. Together, they’ve raised two daughters while building a life rooted in family, adventure, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Scott’s career in homebuilding began with vision and bold moves. In 2004, he made headlines in the Vancouver Sun, setting a new standard for Squamish real estate with the area’s first spec-built home priced over $1 million. Never one to shy away from innovation, Scott later expanded his expertise internationally, spending eight years in Mexico, where he honed his skills and explored new building techniques while collaborating with global clients and companies.
Moving to the Okanagan, Scott continued to push boundaries in residential design. The results are seen in some of the many of the most exceptional homes ever built in the valley. In 2023, his work on Mont des Cieux earned the prestigious Okanagan Housing Excellence Award. That same year, he brought his deep industry knowledge to Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, helping clients navigate the market with the same care, precision, and forward-thinking approach that defines his career.
Today, Scott blends decades of experience in custom homebuilding with a passion for real estate, guiding his clients to make confident, informed decisions. His journey reflects a lifetime of growth, dedication, and a love for crafting something truly exceptional—whether it’s a home or a meaningful client relationship.
